My Shiatsu sessions go beyond the ordinary. We'll start with an intake of your health history, a vital step in identifying patterns according to Chinese Medicine. Our goal is to address a wide spectrum of concerns, from emotional stress to sleep issues, digestive discomfort, and physical well-being.

The treatment commences with a focus on the abdomen, based on the initial intake and the symptoms your body presents. This allows me to form a diagnosis, which guides me in pinpointing specific acupressure points along the body's channels, targeting key organs. This approach is complemented by passive stretches, reminiscent of Thai and Yoga practices.

Upon the completion of your session, you'll receive personalized recommendations and continuous treatment plans, designed to assist you in addressing ongoing patterns and issues. But that's not all. My Shiatsu + Health Coaching service takes your well-being to the next level.

Session Details:

  • First Session: Your initial encounter includes a comprehensive 90-minute consultation that encompasses both Shiatsu and Health Coaching, ensuring I understand your unique needs.
  • Regular Sessions: Subsequent 50-minute sessions for continued care and maintenance, guiding you on your path to holistic well-being.
